Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the tk000 platform, including the website at https://tk000.pro, all related pages, services, games, wagering features, bonus programmes, and customer support channels. These Terms apply to all registered account holders, casual visitors, and any other person who accesses any part of the tk000 platform.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing a bet or wager of any kind on tk000, you are confirming unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms has come into effect.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tk000 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tk000.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the tk000 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. tk000 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person when creating an account or placing wagers.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or consultant of tk000, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from tk000 or any of its affiliate platforms.

tk000 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure of the account.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the tk000 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in the permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any funds or winnings held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. tk000 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team in a timely manner.

tk000 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any existing account at any time if we determine that the account holder has breached these Terms or poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk000 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Nexus Pay), and selected other mobile financial service providers. The available methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the deposits page within your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tk000 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification. Under normal conditions, withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours of approval. tk000 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request regardless of amount.

Currency: All account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk000 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in another currency, the conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider.

• Funds deposited to tk000 may only be used for wagering purposes on the platform. Depositing for any other purpose — including money laundering, structuring, or the circumvention of payment limits — is strictly prohibited.
• tk000 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where unusual deposit patterns are detected, and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending the outcome of such checks.
• Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same account, unless tk000 explicitly approves an alternative arrangement in writing.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk000 offers various bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional offers issued by tk000:

• Bonuses are available to registered account holders who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific offer. tk000 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability by account age, payment method, game type, or other criteria.
• Each offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x) and must be completed within the validity period stated for the offer.
• Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, crash games, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) to wagering requirement completion. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• tk000 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error associated with the offer.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided along with all associated winnings, and the account may be closed.

If you do not wish to receive bonus funds when making a deposit, you must indicate this clearly before completing the deposit transaction. tk000 cannot retroactively remove bonus funds from a balance once they have been credited.

Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tk000 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are provided within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

General betting rules that apply across all products on tk000 include the following:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the tk000 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error or connectivity interruption may be voided at tk000's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by tk000 at any time without notice.
• For sports betting markets, tk000 reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed in error — including due to a data feed failure, human error, or technical fault — regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was identified.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless voided under another provision of these Terms.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon the settlement of a valid bet. Settlement timelines vary by game type and are governed by the applicable game rules.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

tk000 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform, including games, betting markets, or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's code or game logic to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on tk000.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any tk000 employee, agent, or other platform user.

Where tk000 has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend the account; void any affected bets or winnings; withhold funds pending investigation; permanently close the account; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

tk000 takes its responsibilities in relation to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to have a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account dashboard.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content on the platform.

All game content served on tk000 is provided under licence from the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights in such content remain with the respective studio owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or account balance resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
